I have had this idea for awhile and since jinx rockets do AOEand can crit wouldnt runnans be rly good once you have some dmg in team fights this is very similar to the kayle Runnans meta awhile ago in my mind.
The only stat Runaan’s gives is attack speed which is also the only thing Jinx DOESN’T really need more of. That means in order to get crits on the missiles you’re going to have to build MORE attack speed since the major crit items are also AS items.

Disneypichar / Iron 1 36LP / 5W 6L Win Ratio 45% /. If Teemo uses his blind to harras you, punish him with engaging on him, as soon as the blind is over. Especially early his q is most of his dmg, so you should be able to win the trade.

Kayle built Runaan’s because of the resistance shreds her passive provides and the fact that the side missiles allowed her to stack her passive extremely quickly against multiple enemies. Jinx doesn’t get that kind of benefit.

Here are some stats and mathematics for buying Runaan’s:

Champions that build Runnan’s are few and far between. The two ADCs that benefit the most are Kalista (OFC) and Varus (source). Kalista because of obvious reasons.

Varus’ build is actualized here. This website is accurate as of patch 4.18 (sad face…I liked this site), but I think the only thing out of date is the crit chance on IE.

So. Runaan’s procs on Varus’ W passive. One auto (if isolated) procs the target with 3 stacks of blighted quiver. So AA(crit)+Q does

  • 1939 AA damage (includes masteries)
  • 360 AD from Runaans
  • 78 26 MD from W
  • 15% 5% of Target’s max health (MD)
  • 804 AD from Q

almost 3.2K 2.8K damage BEFORE the ~15%~ 5% max health. ONE auto and ONE ability. Runaan’s allows him to spray and pray in teamfights, and throw out his 3 multi-target abilities for massive mixed damage teamwide.

That is the power of Runaans. Teemo also benefits from his E passive.

So Jinx. She already has an AS steroid and splash damage. She doesn’t really gain that much from the additional AS, especially because she benefits so much from getting a PD/Shiv. Why might you need two AS items? Well, I’ve already explained Varus’ case. But another candidate for 2 AS items is Twitch.

TWITCH. He generally rushes BotRK, Yomuu’s, then Zerkers. That is a ton of AS. Why then doesn’t he build BorTK Runaans? He has the passive proc! Actually, I don’t know…I haven’t done the math on this. But my guess is this: Twitch needs AD, AS, and crit to back up his ult. BotRK gives meager AD, really good AS and no crit. Runaans gives really good AS and passive procs, but no AD or crit. Yomuu’s, however, gives all three and a movement speed buffand armor pen. Literally the perfect item for twitch. Now that Twitch has two items that make his ult REALLY good, he needs the AD to back it up. The benefit of having extra true damage (which he should get anyways from his AS) is very little compared to the benefit of all of Yomuu’s benefits–holy schnikes it has a ton of crap tacked on it.

If you get 3 targets clumped to co-splash one another I believe the damage can equal a normal crit build. But for any single target damage in mini gun form it will be worse. In all reality, its probably fairly niche where you actually get 3 targets to clump up together for a bit.

So overall, it can be equally good in a limited few circumstances – and will be worse in the majority of circumstances

Introduction

This is the AP carry Mid lane build, based on extremely high damage for no mana cost.
Why do I point out saving mana? It's simple, this build does not provide bonus mana and you have only 920 mana that have based at the level 18.

Mixed Dmg Teemo Guide


  • 98 AD base at 18 lvl
  • 45 AD from
  • 248 dmg on hit from (50dmg base + 30% AP [198,84 AP])
  • 384 dmg from (30dmg + 10% AP [66,1 AP] = 93,945 magic damage each second for 4 seconds)
  • 114 magic dmg from (15dmg + 15% AP [99,02])
  • 33 from masteries (5% AP [33 AP])

It all gives you 922 damage per a hit.

gives you more damage after using ability:
  • 904 dmg + 75% AP (479,58 AP) = 1384 dmg

Pros / Cons

Pros
  • FREE wards
  • Great escape ( and )
  • He is so fast that he doesn't need boots to be as fast as other champions (has that speed from passive)
  • Blind is a great effect to escape or get a easy kill (especially all adc's)

Cons
  • Very squishy (if he don't attack, becouse he don't use his life steal )
  • Short range (he have range like a mage not like adc)

Masteries

For the masteries I take 26/0/4
In OffenseMixed Dmg Teemo I take pure AP carry choices with special:
  • 4 points to (4% bonus AS) we need this becouse in this build there is only one bonus AS item - (50% bonus AS)
  • And the gratest choise in Offence is (basic attacks deal bonus magic damage equal to 5% of your AP)
In Defence
  • 4 point's to and 1 point to [[Veteran's Scars
  • And ( - 15 sec. cooldown reduction)

Runes

Mixed Dmg Teemo Build

For runes I take:
  • 3x - more AP, why not?
  • 9x - is extremely squishy soo he need to be more tanky
  • 9x - the same as
  • 9x mark of armor penetration - with you deal preety nice damage to tank's

Summoner Spells

Very Good Choices
  • - this is obligatory spell for all champions, this spell can save your life but also help you to get easy kill. With 's you get amazing mobility.
  • - is very squishy soo additional hardiness make that you can deal more damage.
  • - This spell is amazimg for becouse you can teleport to your own . With this, can easy back door or kill running away enemies.

Not Soo Good
  • - most builds propose to take this ability but I think that You don't need aditional damage becouse with You can deal much more damage then 410 from but ignite reduces healing effects you can say, and that's why I take , effect from this item is even better.
  • - this is quite good choise becouse with this you can get easy kill with no big loss of Health and also this ability can help you to survive.

Mixed Dmg Teemo Builds

I thise build you must chose 1 item from those 3:
This item gives you only 75 AP but it also gives good mana regeneration and when you deal magic damage with this item to champions that have less then 40% health inflict on them Grevous Wound's for 4 seconds. (Grevous Wound's reduces healing and regeneration rating by 50%)This is very nice item it gives more AP it have a greate passive, but in mine opinion it's not soo good for you becouse you need mana for shrooms ('s) and your blinding Q ()This item gives you much AP but the same as it gives no bonus mana regeneration. It also have great active that can save your life.
